Meditation

Think of nothing.
Do nothing but breathe.
Let your body settle.
Force your worries to leave.

Focus on the moment
in between breaths
when there is nothing
left in your chest.

When you next inhale,
fill your lungs by thirds.
Think about nothing,
but your breath and my words.

The trick is control.
It's difficult, you'll find,
to allow only what you want
to enter your mind.
